Visual Form Builder

The visual form builder lets you create professional forms with over 20 field types and advanced features like conditional logic and multi-page layouts.

Getting Started

Navigate to Forms and click "Create Form". Choose from templates or start with a blank form. The builder interface has a sidebar with available field types and a canvas where you build your form.

Available Field Types

Add text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes, radio buttons, file uploads, date pickers, rating fields, and more. Each field has customizable options for validation, placeholders, and help text.

Conditional Logic

Show or hide fields based on previous responses. For example, show additional questions only if someone selects "Yes" to being a volunteer. Use AND/OR logic for complex conditions.

Multi-Page Forms

Break long forms into multiple pages with progress indicators. Add page breaks between sections and customize button text.

Contact Integration

Map form fields to contact record fields to automatically update profiles when forms are submitted. This keeps your contact database current.

Publishing Forms

Once complete, publish your form to get an embed code or direct link. You can customize the thank you message and redirect URL.
