Using the AI Assistant Chatbot

What is the AI Assistant?

The AI assistant is a built-in chatbot that can help you navigate MyCampaignEDGE, answer questions about features, and provide insights about your data.

Accessing the AI Assistant

You can access the AI assistant from the chatbot panel that appears in the bottom right corner of your screen. Click the chat icon to open the conversation interface.

What the AI Assistant Can Help With

  • Explaining how to use specific features
  • Finding information in your CRM data
  • Providing guidance on best practices
  • Answering questions about reports and analytics
  • Walking through setup processes

Getting Better Responses

To get the most helpful responses from the AI assistant:

  • Be specific about what you're trying to accomplish
  • Include relevant context about your organization type
  • Ask follow-up questions if you need more detail
  • Use the suggested questions that appear

Voice Assistant

The AI assistant also supports voice interactions through the VAPI integration, allowing you to have spoken conversations about your CRM data and get help hands-free.
