BillingEDGE provides comprehensive billing and invoicing functionality including quote generation, invoice creation, payment processing, and recurring billing management.

Initial Setup

Payment Processor Connection

  1. Navigate to BillingEDGE Settings
  2. Connect your Stripe account for payment processing
  3. Configure payment methods and processing fees
  4. Set up automatic tax calculations if needed
  5. Configure invoice numbering and templates

Products and Services

Add your products and services to the catalog with pricing, descriptions, and tax settings. These can be quickly added to quotes and invoices.

Payment Processing

Clients can pay invoices online through secure payment links. Process payments manually using the virtual terminal for phone or in-person transactions.
