Respect your contacts' email preferences.
How Unsubscribes Work
When someone clicks the unsubscribe link in your email:
- They're marked as unsubscribed in your system
- They won't receive future email campaigns
- They remain in your contact database
Viewing Unsubscribed Contacts
- Go to Contacts
- Filter by "Email Status: Unsubscribed"
