Step 1: Complete Your Profile
After logging in, click your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Edit Profile" to add your name and photo.
Step 2: Configure Organization Settings
Go to Settings to set up your organization's address, contact information, and timezone.
Step 3: Import Your Contacts
Navigate to Contacts and use the Import feature to bring in your existing contact list from a CSV file.
Step 4: Set Up Payment Processing
If you'll be accepting online donations, connect your Stripe account in Settings > Integrations.
Step 5: Explore the Dashboard
Your Dashboard provides an overview of your organization's activity, including recent donations, upcoming events, and tasks.
